Organic farming has made big strides in recent years, offering consumers an alternative to other methods of food production. This growth has led to the formation of numerous organizations, which oversee the validation and certification processes for producers and member farms interested in growing and promoting organic farming. Most of these organizations concentrate on specific geographic areas. Each organization oversees the development and enforcement of specific mandates, which may differ from location to location. Regardless, the essence of organic farming is the same: productivity without the use of chemicals, additives and genetic modification (GMO) in any part of the process - from fields and crops to cow management, feeds and feeding.
The quality of products necessary on an organic farm is important. This includes assurances that the ingredients used in manufacturing end-products are approved only when they meet exacting standards and have been approved or certified for use by organic farms.
At Renaissance, ensuring your cows are fed the best macro and trace minerals, as well as other supplemental ingredients is our business! Our raw ingredients are tested to ensure the highest quality inputs are used in each and every product. Additionally, our equipment is carefully cleaned between mixes. The products you feed your livestock and your complete satisfaction are important to us. We go to great lengths in seeking to ensure the quality and integrity of each mix… and every product.
When you combine quality products designed for use on your organic farming operation, top-notch service and proactive management practices on the farm – the results may include improved productivity and profitability for your dairy or livestock operation.
NOTE: Organic producers are responsible for verifying that any products used on their farm have been approved for use on their farm by the certifying agency that they are a member.
